Intelligence OS
In guided demonstration
A clearer picture of your business
Customers, work and money in one place. Every figure opens its source.
01 — The problem
Four copies of the same data. No agreement on which is right.
- Spreadsheet, inbox, someone’s head → One record per customer
- Duplicates found in a clean-up → Caught as they’re made
- Too slow to log, so it isn’t → Logged in seconds
- A figure nobody trusts → Click it, see the record
For owner-run businesses and small teams that have outgrown the spreadsheet.
Every number opens its record.
02 — The workspace
The Analyst Insight, Your Vision
Planned roles, not a live service. The current practice release has no active, approved workforce.
03 — Capabilities
What it is designed to do
Client 360
One record per customer, with its whole history.
- Complete customer timeline
- Relationships, sites and contacts
- Data-quality queues that flag records needing attention
Conversations in one place
Email, calendar and calls against the right customer.
- Email and calendar activity against the record
- Call and meeting notes in the timeline
- Connections are set up and approved separately, never by default
Quotes and contracts
Quote to signature, kept exactly as signed.
- Detailed, itemised quotes
- E-signature and an unalterable signed record
- Amendments and an obligation calendar
Bookings and operations
The work ahead, and who owns it.
- Bookings, jobs and assignments
- Operational checklists and evidence
- Where each booking came from
Finance Command Centre
Invoices and cash flow beside your accounting platform.
- Invoice ageing and credit control
- Budgets, cash flow and month-end
- Anomaly alerts on figures that look wrong
Reporting you can defend
Every figure traced to the records underneath.
- Agreed measures, defined once
- Cohort and ROI views
- Forecasting: designed, not yet live
- Owner packs built from the records behind them
Campaigns and content
Campaign journeys, checked before anything is sent.
- Client brand library
- Campaign journey builder with full previews
- No bulk sending until it is switched on deliberately
AI Growth Analyst
Proposes next actions. A person decides.
- Revenue-leak checks defined by rule, each showing its evidence
- Suggested next actions against real records
- Defined roles and human approval; no active workforce in the current release
04 — How it works
Six stages. Same order every time.
- Diagnose
- Clarify
- Cleanse
- Systemise
- Implement
- Measure
The rules it is built to
- Your data stays yours, and is never used to train models.
- AI proposes. It never edits your records.
- Sign-ins, exports and deletions leave a named record.
- A backup counts only once a restore is tested.
- Nothing connects until you approve it.
05 — Integrations
Designed to connect to Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp.
None is switched on until you approve it.

08 — Questions
The awkward questions, answered
Is Intelligence OS live today?
It is available for a guided demonstration. Client rollout and the connections to your email, calendar and accounting are scoped separately, because each one needs your approval and a working setup before it can be switched on. Nothing on this page describes a connection as already running.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads the records you already hold and proposes next actions, flags figures that look wrong, and explains why it thinks so. It does not send messages, change records or make commitments on your behalf. The AI workforce has defined roles and a governance structure, and the current practice release has no active, approved workforce.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each client’s information is isolated from every other client’s, it is not pooled, and it is not used to train models. You can export it yourself, in full, without asking anyone.
What happens to my existing spreadsheets and records?
They are imported, and the duplicates and inconsistencies in them are resolved as part of the work rather than carried across. That cleanse is one of the six stages, not an optional extra — importing a mess produces an expensive mess.
What if I want to leave?
You export everything and go. There is no lock-in clause and no export fee. The same self-service export that runs on day one runs on the last day.
Do I have to change how I work?
Less than you would expect, and that is deliberate. If logging a call takes longer than it did before, nobody logs the call, and the system is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced. The design test is whether it is still being used in six months.
